A Will expires when a Will maker writes a new Will. The previous Will is no longer valid in this instance, as the new Will takes precedence.

Marrying (or remarrying) automatically cancels your Will, unless your Will clearly shows you were planning this marriage when you made it. Accordingly if you plan on getting married after writing your Will we recommend that you note this intention in the ‘My Wishes’ section of your Will.
